Our Loan Fund provides financing from £50,000 to £200,000 at very competitive rates of interest. BII can also arrange financing for more than £200,000, with other social finance institutions. Typically our partners are social enterprises or trading arms of charities that have been trading for three years and have a turnover of over £250,000. We are also able to offer royalty structures that allow us to make investments that are normally associated with equity financing. We also have a Contract Finance Fund together with TriplePoint, a leading VCT manager. This provides social enterprises bidding on public sector contracts low–cost finance and the financial strength to help win and deliver contracts. Applicants must have proven service delivery capability. |
